Meet The Chef

I was born and raised in the south of France. At fifteen I attended the Culinary School of Nice for three years. After my graduation I decided to come to the US to learn English. I had a contract to work for a year and an half and I had to go back home.

My time in this country was very tough but rewarding and I could not wait to come back. I returned nine months later and I have been here ever since. Read Full Bio…
